"Lenny" is our current eventing contender, and what a contender he is! He and his trainer/rider, Carol Kozlowki, have been wowing the crowds at prestigious USEA events all over the East Coast. Now competing at Prelim, he's proving to be just as brave as we thought he'd be when we named him, as well as fast and scopey. This sweet-natured, friendly guy gets better with each passing day. He's well-started under saddle, loves to canter the trails, and is showing good form and enthusiasm over fences. TARGET has enviably good feet, a lovely, soft mouth, and a forward attitude. He's currently at Ramble Ridge Farm in Orford, NH, being trained by Liz Gesler and already has a dressage show, a jumper competition, and an event to his credit.  (Check for him on the results page!)

We always thought this handsome boy was special, but now that his formal training has begun, we're even more convinced. Not only is he a quick study, he races to the gate when it's his turn to be worked.  NASDAQ has an amazing walk with a huge overstride, the same light, airy trot he's demonstrated since birth, and a truly exceptional, totally correct canter. He has that rare combination of zest for life coupled with trainability, conformation and size.

Don't tell the others, but we adore this colt. Cheerful, bouncy, always in a tad of trouble. It isn't easy to fault him, either: textbook perfect legs, strong hindquarters, perpendicular neck set…too cute and he knows it. This happy guy has a naturally balanced canter, but he much prefers to just practice his levades. Can he trot? Would you expect a grandson of Saddleback Supreme and Oldwick Crusader to be able to move?
